Home Remodeling Design Process

Phase 1: Home Design Assessment

During this phase we will ask you a series of questions designed to help narrow down the exact features you are looking for. We analyze and measure your existing home and site to determine the scope of your home remodeling project.

 

Phase 2: Home Concept Sketches and Preliminary Design

At this stage you will be provided with concept sketches showing you home elevations and floor plans, based on the information gathered during phase 1. Using the concept sketches we will discuss spatial relationships for your homes interior and exterior.

Phase 3: House Plan Construction Drawing Development

After you have reviewed and approved the concept sketches we will begin to develop 2D or 3D construction drawings. Precise home elevations, floor plans, cross sections, and special details are created for a formal bid from your builder. If you are satisfied with your bids and have no further revisions we finalize your home plans for the building permit.

 

Phase 4: Support

Once your home remodeling design is finished we remain available for any questions you have throughout the building process.
